My name is Nathaniel Wright. I am a Cinematographer who currently resides in New York City. I graduated from Michigan State University in 2015 with a degree in Media & Information specializing in TV, Cinema, and Radio.

I have been working in the field of video production since 2015, fulfilling many roles including producer, director, cinematographer, camera op, gaffer, video editor and colorist, but have found my primary focus operating as a DP and Colorist. My work has appeared in many different fields, including automotive, athletics, medical, music, and lifestyle.

Storytelling has always been a passion of mine, specifically when it has a strong focus on people and affecting positive change. Throughout my life, I have always been drawn to, and affected by, art that focuses on the human element. Because of this, I always want to inject as much of the human spirit/experience into my work as I can.

Throughout my career I have operated both as a freelance contractor, and in-house production for many companies. including being hired in 2021 as the lead cinematographer at the billion dollar vehicle accessories company RealTruck (formerly Truck Hero).

My career has seen me involved with many high-profile companies and organizations including: Toyota, Michigan Medicine, Eastern Michigan Athletics, and the National Basketball Association (NBA).
